Dorset hotline for digital support

Do you want to improve your digital skills? Dorset Council have a telephone hotline to support you to use your computer, tablet and smartphone to stay in touch with family and friends, to make doctors’ appointments and even manage online shopping. 

The hotline is staffed mainly by volunteers, mostly retired IT professionals alongside some Dorset Council staff. They can support you with a very wide range of IT and digital issues. 

Please call 01305 221000 (select option 2) and if we can’t get to your call, please leave a message and we will get back to you. We are available Monday to Friday from 10 am to 12 noon (except Bank Holidays).
