06/09/21

Since the start of the pandemic, patient appointments with healthcare staff by phone or video call have increased hugely. These appointments, often known as virtual consultations, are likely to be here to stay.

The South East London Cancer Alliance (SELCA) and their Patient Involvement Community of Practice have produced a new video to share practical tips on how to overcome some of the concerns and make the most of your virtual consultation.

Click on this link to watch the video on the SELCA website. There you can also find an interview with one of the stars of the video.
